Amongst my many experiences here is;
One time I made a last minute plan for a trip to China. Reached out to Racheal for a hotel reservation while literally boarding my flight. She sent the hotel reservation details to my WhatsApp but because there was no wifi on board. I didn’t recieve it. Arrived China hoping to connect to wifi but no luck and yes there was language barrier, literally stranded and confused at the airport. I saw a man (driver) holding a placard with my name on it.
Apparently, Racheal took the initiative to book an airport pickup from the hotel for me because messages weren’t delivering. It was the best service ever for me and I am stuck with Grande Finesse Consult.
I would say it is more a travel agency, honestly 🙂
